On October 17 at 11:30 an international webinar “Sustainable Livestock Production and Animal Welfare: Meat Biochemistry in Relation to Animals stress” will be held in order to implement the goals and objectives of the international project of the Erasmus + program, direction K2 cooperation among organisations and institutions, capacity building in of higher education «Sustainable Livestock Production and Animal Welfare». The lecturer of the event is a professor at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (Uppsala), a specialist in external cooperation on food quality issues, coordinator of the research schools “Focus on Food and Biomaterials” and “LiFT” (“Future Technologies for Food Production”) Galiya Zamaratska.
