We deepen our skills in sustainability assessment through the RISE program. The II cycle of training
In March 2024, a group of teachers was trained on how to use the RISE program to assess the sustainability of farms. Each of the course participants chose one farm from different regions of Ukraine to analyze and started working.
Since then, the questionnaires have been translated, and the basic indicators of some oblasts have been filled in (local environmental conditions, statistics on the population and its income, certain economic indicators for 2023, etc.) In addition, after communicating with farm representatives, applied data was partially entered.
To complete the work started, as well as to check the correctness of the data entry and the correctness of the analysis, the second cycle of training began on September 24, 2024, where Ms. Veronika Zbinden informed the participants of the training group about the updated version of RISE 3.0 and discussed the specifics of entering data on regions. It was agreed to hold the next meeting with farm representatives on October 10, 2024.
