1st Steering Committee Meeting & Project Kick-Off

The Kick-off meeting of the Erasmus+ SULAWE project was held at the University of Nürtingen-Heizlingen (Germany)

As part of the program of the first day, there was a round-familiarization of the project team. All participants of the consortium were represented: both universities and associations. Svitlana Shytikova (NEO officer) and Emanuel Gerth (EACEA project officer) congratulated the meeting participants and wished them success in the implementation of the project.

In addition, the Ukrainian products of the Zinka farm (“Tetyana 2011” breeding farm) were presented.

As part of the meeting, work packages were presented, and the main areas of work for their implementation were outlined.

The program participants also had the opportunity to visit the university’s experimental farm and several university campuses.

We got acquainted with poultry keeping, animal fixation machines of various manufacturers, training rooms and laboratories.

During a meeting with the rector of the university, Prof. Dr. Andreas Frey, director of the Scientific and Methodological Center of VFPO Tetiana Ishchenko presented the chronicle “Education in Fire”. This book was written by the employees of the Center who survived the occupation in the spring of 2022. The participants  expressed their sincere gratitude to the German people and government for their support and cooperation.

At the end of the program, the participants received certificates and many positive emotions.
